Bane NOR's decision to terminate the contracts with Condotte has no consequences for the EPC TBM contract with Acciona Ghella Joint Venture (AGJV) . There is no risk that AGJV's subcontractors or suppliers will be affected by the situation linked to Condotte.

Bane NOR has terminated the agreements with the total contractor Condotte related to two of the Follo Line main contracts. The construction company Condotte has financial problems, and Bane NOR is now continuing its work, which means construction work near Oslo city center.

AGJV continues the work of excavating twin tunnels in the direction of Oslo and Ski, starting from the construction site in Åsland. The construction of the tunnel (TBM) is the largest contract in the project and AGJV is on schedule. The TBMs have completed approximately 60 percent of the tunnels, and our collaboration with the client Bane NOR, our subcontractors and all the other parties is very good.
